BISBEE — Thanks to the hard work on recycling by city streets superintendent Andy Haratyk, 500 new rollout garbage carts for residents will soon be delivered.
At Tuesday’s meeting, city council members unanimously agreed to award the contract for the rollouts to Otto Environmental Systems, the lowest bidder, at a cost of $51.17 each totaling $25,585.
