Our View: Leave well enough alone

The Sierra Vista Herald/Bisbee Daily Review

One characteristic of a good manager is the ability to listen.

Managers who listen to their employees often address problems before they occur, or respond better when problems do happen.

So we’re wondering what Arizona House Speaker Andy Tobin is thinking when he told a reporter at the State Capitol last week that it was no big deal for a federal court to intervene on the recently approved congressional and legislative maps.

The City of Tombstone’s use of water from the Huachuca Mountains has some people concerned about the impact on wildlife, in an area that is renowned for the viewing of birds.
