2:50 p.m. A Douglas woman, 21, was charged with failure to pay fine and violation of promise to appear.

4:00 p.m. A Willcox man, 22, was charged with possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana.

5:18 p.m. A McNeal woman, 58, was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

9:54 p.m. A Willcox man, 21, was charged with violation of promise to appear.

10:07 p.m. A Sierra Vista man, 42, was charged with possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possession/use of marijuana.

Managers who listen to their employees often address problems before they occur, or respond better when problems do happen.

So we’re wondering what Arizona House Speaker Andy Tobin is thinking when he told a reporter at the State Capitol last week that it was no big deal for a federal court to intervene on the recently approved congressional and legislative maps.

Pushing the blond-haired, wide-eyed baby in a stroller along Fry Boulevard Saturday morning with about 200 walkers, Christiansen recounts how she and her boyfriend were faced with an unplanned pregnancy about 18 months ago.

It appears that some people believe that I have no interest in the water from the springs because I stated that I like the option of drilling a well for a reliable source of water. 

Of course, right after making that statement I also stated that the city always had three wells, and do not get me wrong, that the free water from Huachuca Mountains is a great asset to the city.

1:23 a.m. A Double Adobe man was booked into Cochise County Jail for domestic violence/assault and disorderly conduct. 

3:50 a.m. A resident of N. Washington Avenue in Douglas reported a burglary. Stolen were four 18-inch chrome wheels valued at $1,500. 

11:04 a.m. Joseph Molina of Douglas died at Southeastern Arizona Medical Center. No foul play was suspected.

1:32 p.m. A resident of W. Come Back Lane in McNeal reported a burglary of his residence. The total value of missing items was $300.
