Laughter, Love and Fiddle Tour




This concert features country artist, singer, fiddle player Natalie Stovall with comedian Paul Varghese as the opening act.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. June 16 for this all-ages event at the Thunder Mountain Activities Centre on Fort Huachuca.

Tickets are $4 in advance at the Murr Community Center, Jeannie’s Diner and TMAC.

Remaining tickets, if any, at the door for $5.

View the Solar Eclipse




Please join the Huachuca Astronomy Club to observe the Solar Eclipse from Veterans’ Memorial Park in Sierra Vista on Sunday, May 20. This eclipse will begin at about 5:30 p.m., and the maximum eclipse will occur at about 6:40 p.m. when nearly 85 percent of the sun will be covered by the moon.

Huachuca Mountain Archers hosting 3D Shoot




The Huachuca Mountain Archers and Bowhunters Club is hosting its monthly 3-D Archery Shoot.  The shoot is always held on Fort Huachuca unless otherwise specified.  The set up consists of 15 target course of 3D animal targets.  Participants will go through the course twice. 

The shoot starts at 0700 and score cards must be turned in by 1200

Cochise and Western Model Railroad Club Open House




The Cochise and Western Model Railroad Club will host its annual spring Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May13 at the clubhouse, 680 Fort Ave. A number of track layouts and scenery items have been changed, and additional items have been added. The club will raffle off a Lionel battery operated “G” Scale train set with 2-8-2 Steam Engine, Tender, Gondola, and Caboose complete with track, remote control and batteries. There will also be prizes for kids of all ages.
