Small Business Saturday spurs sales for local retailers

For a tourist town like Tombstone, an impromptu holiday to spur spending at local businesses is always a good idea.

“This is generally a good weekend for us,” Spur Western Wear’s Tombstone location manager RaAnn Nerud said. “We have people in town for Thanksgiving from Sierra Vista and Benson, so they come take them to Tombstone.”
